$y per children per hour

$x per adult per hour

Since there are 2 adults, the cost of adults is 2x

Since there are 3 children, the cost of children is 3y

The total cost is 2x + 3y

This has to be less than or equal to 30 dollars

Thus, we can represent the situation by the inequality:
