By definition, the Standard form of an equation of the line is the following:


Ax+By=C

Where "A", "B" and "C" are Integers ( "A" shouldn't be negative or zero and "B" cannot be zero).

For this case, you have the following equation:


3y=2x+5

To write in Standard form, you must bring the term 2x to the left:


-2x+3y=+5
