We are given a number of marbles inside a bag. If one marble is drawn then the probability of it being green is the number of green marbles and the total number of marbles:

P(GM)=(4)/(1+1+4)=(4)/(6)=(2)/(3)

Since there is replacement the probability that in the second draw the marble is green is the same. Therefore, the probability that both marbles are green is the product of both probabilities:

P(\text{GMandGM)}=(2)/(3)*(2)/(3)=(4)/(9)=0.4444

In percentage form, the probability is 44.44%.
