Remember that

z =(x - μ)/σ

where

μ=2.62

σ=0.43

For X=1.76

Find out the value of z

z=(1.76-2.62)/0.43

z=-2

using z-score table values

we have that

P(X≥1.76)=0.47725+0.50=0.97725

Convert to percentage

97.725%
