The formula for calculating equation of a line is expressed as;

\begin{gathered} m\text{ = }(\Delta y)/(\Delta x) \\ m\text{ = }(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1) \end{gathered}

Given the coordinates (-7, 6) and (-7, 7)

x1 = -7

y1 = 6

x2 = -7

y2 = 7

Substitute this values into the equation above;

\begin{gathered} m\text{ = }(7-6)/(-7-(-7)) \\ m\text{ = }(1)/(-7+7) \\ m\text{ = }(1)/(0) \\ m\text{ = }\infty \end{gathered}

Hence the slope of the line is infinte
