According to given diagram:

arcBCD=180 degree

and ARC AB= 70 degree:

So

arc ACD= arcAB+arcBCD


\begin{gathered} \text{ACD}=180+70 \\ \text{ACD}=250^(\circ) \end{gathered}

Hence B is correct option.
