To solve for p, we have to use inversal operations to solve equations, multiplication and division are inverse operations, power and roots are also inverse operations, then:


\begin{gathered} G=8xp^4 \\ p^4=(G)/(8x) \\ p=\sqrt[4]{(G)/(8x)} \end{gathered}
