Perimeter of a rectangle = 2l + 2w

where l=length and w =width

From the question;

perimeter= 328m

l= 88m

substitute the values into the formula and then solve for w

328 = 2(88) + 2w

328= 176 + 2w

subtract 176 from both-side of the equation

328 - 176= 2w

152 = 2w

Divide both-side of the equation by 2

152/2 = w

76 = w

The width is 76 m
