Given data:

The given question is:


(1)/(2)\text{ }*(1)/(5)

Now, first we will change the opeation instead of dividing one and a half by 5 we will write it as


(1)/(2)*(1)/(5)

Now we will multiply 5 by 2


(1)/(10)

And then the answer is 0.1 which is the reciprocal of 10 (i.e. divisor in this case).

So, part A is not a step in solving this problem.
