We have the following function

f(x)=((8)/(3))^x

So, in order to get 5 points, we need to put some values into variable x and obtain the y-values. If you substitute x=0 into the function, we have

f(0)=((8)/(3))^0=1

so we have obtained the point (0,1).

Similarly, if we choose x=0.5, we have

f(0.5)=((8)/(3))^(0.5)=1.63299

Now, for x=1, we get

f(1)=((8)/(3))^1=(8)/(3)=2.666666

For x=2, we get

f(2)=((8)/(3))^2=7.11111

for x=3, we obtain

f(3)=((8)/(3))^3=18.96296

and for x=-1, we have

f(-1)=((8)/(3))^(-1)=0.375

Then, we can to construct the following table:

By means of these coordinate points, the graphs is:
