The z-score,x, will give the percentage between z = 0 and z = 1.37.

Therefore percentage above z = 1.37 will be given by

Hence,

the percentage = 50% - (41.47)% = 8.53 %

Hence, the percentage of the area above the standard normal curve that is specified above Z= 1.37​ is 8.53 %
