(3^5)/(3^3)=3^(5-3)=3^2_{}=9

In order to get 1 as result we need to get the exponent 0, because as you must know, every number at power 0 is equal to 1.

(3^5)/(3^5)=3^(5-5)=3^0=1

So the answer is:

\frac{3^5}{3^{5^{}}}

Another solution could be:

(3^3)/(3^3)
