Solution

We have the following system of equations:

2x -8y= 6 (1)

x-4y = 3 (2)

We can solve for x from the (2) equation and we got:

x= 4y+3

Replacing into the first equation we have:

2*(4y+3) -8y= 6

Solving for y we got:

8y+6 -8y= 6

6=6

Infinite solutions

x= 3+4y

Then we can conclude that the solution is all the real numbers
