Given that the linear graph passes through (1,1).

It is given that the graph goes 3 units up for every 2 units right. This can also be understood as the graph goes 3 units down for every 2 units left.

From the point (1,1), the x-value corresponding to 2 units left is given by,


\begin{gathered} x=1-(2) \\ x=-1 \end{gathered}

Similarly, from the point (1,1), the y-value corresponding to 3 units down is given by,


\begin{gathered} y=1-(3) \\ x=-2 \end{gathered}

So the point (-1,-2) must also lie on the same linear graph.

Therefore, option (b) is the correct choice.
