50.14 square feet/feet square

Explanation:

{ \red{ \sf{given : - }}}

{ \green{ \sf{r = 4 \: }}}

{ \green{ \sf{\pi = 3.14}}}

Area of circle =
{ \red{ \sf{ \pi{r}^(2)}}}

{ \red{ \sf{3.14 * {(4)}^(2)}}}

{ \red{ \sf{3.14 * 16}}}

{ \red{ \sf{50.14 feet²}}}

The area of a circle of radius r is given as;

A=\pi r^2

using 3.14 for pi and 4 feet for the radius, we obtain the radius as;

A=3.14*4*4=50.24ft^2

Therefore, the area of the circle is 50.24 square feet.
