Volume of a Rectangular Prism = Length X Width X Height

Given:

\begin{gathered} \text{Length = 6}(1)/(3)\text{ meters} \\ \text{Wid.th = 3 meters} \\ \text{Volume =90}(1)/(4)\text{ cubic meters} \end{gathered}

We substitute the values above into the formula for volume.

90(1)/(4)=6(1)/(3)*3* Height

We then solve the equation above for the height of the prism.

\begin{gathered} (361)/(4)=(19)/(3)*3* Height \\ (361)/(4)=19* Height \\ \text{Divide both sides by 19} \\ \text{Height =}(361)/(4)/19 \\ =(361)/(4*19) \\ =(361)/(76) \\ =4(3)/(4)\text{ meters} \end{gathered}

The height of the rectangular prism is 4 3/4 meters.
