We have to use the volume formula for a cone.

V=(1)/(3)B\cdot h

Where B is the base area

\begin{gathered} B=\pi(r)^2=3.14(6)^2 \\ B\approx113.04 \end{gathered}

Now, we can find the volume

V=(1)/(3)\cdot113.04\cdot12=452.16u^3

Hence, the volume is 425.16 cubic units, approximately.
