Answer: Parallel

Explanation:

You have y=4x-5 and -4x+y=-13

Change the 2nd equation to y=4x-13

Since you have the same slope, this means that they will always stay parallel with each other. The only difference between the 2 is the y intersect. The 1st one is at -5 and the 2nd is at -13.
