We have

f(x)=2x-3

We have

y=2x+3

We replace x with y

x=2y-3

then we isolate the y and we obtain the inverse function is

(x+3)/(2)

The domain is the set of all possible values that can have x , the domain of the inverse function is

(-\infty,\infty)

the range is the ser of values that can have y all the possible values in this case the range is

(-\infty,\infty)
