To know if this ramp is following the requirements, we must write the requierements as a fraction and compare the result

Ramp requirements = 1/1 = 1= height / length

Ramp done = 8/10 = 0.8

If we compare the results, we observe that the ramp is not follwoing the guideline because the proportion was lower.
