The given inequality is

(x)/(3-7)\ge0

The denominator on the left-hand side evaluates to 3 - 7 = -4, and therefore,

(x)/(-4)\ge0

we multiply both sides by -4 (but in doing so the direction on the inequality reverses) to get

\begin{gathered} x\le0\cdot-4 \\ \boxed{x\le0} \end{gathered}

which is our answer!
