The volume of a rectangular pyramid is,

V=(1)/(3)A* h

Here, A is the base area and h is the height.

For the pyramid, h=30 m.

For the pyramid, the length of base, l=14 m.

The breadth of base, b=8 m.

Hence, the base area is,

\begin{gathered} A=lb \\ A=14*8 \\ A=112^{}m^2 \end{gathered}

Now, put A=112 and h=30 in volume equation.

\begin{gathered} V=(1)/(3)*112*30 \\ V=1120m^3 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the volume of the pyramid is 1120 cubic meters.
