The point-slope form of the linear equation is

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)

m is the slope

(x1, y1) is a point on the line

Since the slope of the line is -6, then

m = -6

Since the line passes through the point (-5, 15), then

\begin{gathered} x_1=-5 \\ y_1=15 \end{gathered}

Substitute them in the form of the equation above

\begin{gathered} y-15=-6(x-\lbrack-5\rbrack) \\ y-15=-6(x+5) \end{gathered}

The answer is

y-15=-6(x+5)
