hello

to solve this question, we can simply use laws of indicies on it


a^m* a^n=a^(m+n)

so going by that, we can use this template to solve our problem


x^(-6)* x^2=x^(-6+2)=x^(-4)=(1)/(x^4)

from the calculation above, the answer to this question is 1 / x^4 and this corresponds to option D
