If the point (x, y) is rotated around the origin by 270 degrees counterclockwise, then

Its image is (y, -x)

That means we change the sign of the x-coordinate then switch it with the y-coordinate

Since the vertices of triangle GHI are

G = (-4, 0)

H = (5, 2)

I = (-2, -3)

Change the sign of every x-coordinate, then switch it with the y-coordinates

G' = (0, 4)

H' = (2, -5)

I' = (-3, 2)

The answer is C
