Consider that the equation of a line with slope 'm' and y-intercept 'c' is given by,

y=mx+c

This is called the Slope Intercept Form of a line.

Now, consider the given equation of line,

4x+y=-10

Transform the equation as,

\begin{gathered} 4x+y-4x=-10-4x \\ y=-4x-10 \end{gathered}

Comparing the equation with slope-intercept form,

\begin{gathered} m=-4 \\ c=-10 \end{gathered}

Thus, the given equation has slope -4 and y-intercept -10 units i.e. (0,-10)

So, second option is the correct choice.
