Ok, so

Remember that if we got the slope of the line and a point of it, we could use the following formula:

y=y_1+m(x-x_1)

Where (x1,y1) is a point and m is the slope.

If we replace our values:

\begin{gathered} y=4+(3)/(4)(x-(-12)) \\ \\ y=4+(3)/(4)(x+12) \\ \\ y=4+(3)/(4)x+(36)/(9) \\ \\ y=4+(3)/(4)x+4 \\ \\ y=(3)/(4)x+8 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the equation of this line will be:

y=3/4x+8
