How do u solve lcm4 and 7

Consider the first multiples of both, 4 and 7,


\begin{gathered} 4\to4,8,12,16,20,24,28,32,26,40 \\ 7\to7,14,21,28,35,42,49,56,63,70 \end{gathered}

Therefore, the least common multiple of 4 and 7 is 28 (the first and only number that appear in both lists)
