Looking at the figure, the transformation on figure RSTU to give WXYZ is a rotation

For a 90 degrees rotation about the origin, the coordinate, (a, b) would become (b, - a)

Looking at the images

RSTU is transformed to WXYZ

We would compare the coordinates of corresponding points

Take point U on RSTU and point Z on WXYZ,

coordinate of U = (2, - 6)

Coordinate of Z = (-6, 2)

A 90 degrees rotation about the origin would result in Z(- 6, - 2)

There is also a reflection across the x axis. This means that the sign of the y coordinate would be reversed. This makes the coordinate at Z to be (- 6, 2)
