y = x - 4

y = 6x - 10

Then, substract both equations

y-y = 0 = (x-4) - (6x-10)

0= x - 4 - 6x + 10

0= -5x + 6

Then now find x

x= 6/5 = 1.2

Now replace x=1.2 and find y

y = 1.2 -4 = -2.8

Then ,answer is

x = 1.2

y= -2.8
