Given the figure of the circle P

RT is a diameter

The measure of the angle R = 38

The measure of the arc RU = 90

The measure of the arc is twice the inscribed angle opposite to it

So,

The measure of the arc WT = 2 * 38 = 76

The measure of the arc WR = 180 - 76 = 104

The measure of the arc TU = 180 - 90 = 90

And the measure of the angle T = 90/2 = 45
