Substituting the given values:


\begin{gathered} A\text{ = 400\lparen1 + 0.16}* t) \\ =\text{ 400\lparen1 + 0.16t\rparen} \end{gathered}

Hence, the function is:


A\text{ = 400\lparen1 + 0.16t\rparen}
