For exercise 3, we have the triangle ABC and transform to A'B'C'. In this transformation there is a translation of ABC to 5 units to left and 3 unit to down, so:

(x,y)\to(x-5,y-3)

Then the transformation A'B'C' to A''B''C'' is a rotation in the x-axis, so the values of x in each point remind equal and the y value change to -y:

(x,y)\to(x,-y)

For excercise 4, the triangle ABC transform to A'B'C' by a rotation in y-axis, so the values oy y in each point remind equal and the x value change to -x:

(x,y)\to(-x,y)

Then the transformation A'B'C' to A''B''C'' is a rotationof 90 degrees in clockwise, so the value of x change to the value of y and the value of y change to the value of -x:

(x,y)\to(y,-x)
