3/4 of a circular track = 270 degrees = 3pi/2

1 minute and 45 seconds = 105 seconds

rate=((3\pi)/(2))/(105)
=(3\pi)/(2)\cdot(1)/(105)
=(\pi)/(2)\cdot(1)/(35)
