Line BD is intersecting DC & AB as well as AD & BC

since, it is given that ,


m\angle2=m\angle6

In the case of lines AD & BC,

angle 2 and angle 6 are the pairs of alternative interior angle,

since , from the properties of alternative interior angles,

if the alternative interior angles, are equal then the lines are parallel.

so, lines AD is parallel to BC.
