The given function is

f(x)=(x+7)/(3x+4)

To find f(x + 1), substitute x in f by (x + 1)

f(x+1)=((x+1)+7)/(3(x+1)+4)

Simplify it

\begin{gathered} f(x+1)=(x+1+7)/(3x+3+4) \\ \\ f(x+1)=(x+8)/(3x+7) \end{gathered}

The answer is

f(x+1)=(x+8)/(3x+7)
