Assume,

\begin{gathered} (x_1,y_1)\text{ = ( -4 , 5 )} \\ (x_2,y_2)=(-4,-2)_{} \end{gathered}

Equation of line in two point form is given as,

\begin{gathered} ((y-y_1))/((y_2-y_1))=\text{ }\frac{(x-x_1)_{}}{(x_2-x_1)} \\ \frac{(y-\text{ 5)}}{(-2-5)}=\text{ }(x-(-4))/(-4-(-4)) \end{gathered}

Simplifying further,

\begin{gathered} ((y-5))/(-7)\text{ = }\frac{x\text{ + 4}}{0} \\ \\ ((y-5))/(-7)\text{ = 0} \\ y\text{ - 5 = 0} \\ y\text{ = 5} \end{gathered}

Thus the required equation of the line is y = 5.
