A coin is tossed and a standard number cube is rolled list all of the possible outcomes in a sample space.

The first thing we have to do is identify the possible outcomes of the coin and the cube independently.


\begin{gathered} Coin\to2 \\ Cube\to6 \end{gathered}

Now to know which is the real sample space we need to know which are the possible solutions of the combination of both, in this case it would be the multiplication of their possible results


2\cdot6=12

If you flip a coin and a cube there are 12 possible outcomes in your sample space.
