\begin{gathered} 4x-2y=10 \\ 6x+3y=18 \end{gathered}

The slope form is represented below

\begin{gathered} y=mx+b \\ \text{where} \\ m=\text{slope} \\ b=y-\text{intercept} \end{gathered}

Therefore,

\begin{gathered} 2y=4x-10 \\ \text{divide through by 2} \\ (2y)/(2)=(4x)/(2)-(10)/(2) \\ y=2x-5 \end{gathered}
\begin{gathered} 3y=18-6x \\ 3y=-6x+18 \\ \text{divide both side by 3} \\ (3y)/(3)=(-6x)/(3)+(18)/(3) \\ y=-2x+6 \end{gathered}
