Multiply by 3

Explanation:

Since your first equation has positive 9x you must have a negative 9x in order for them to eliminate.

So you would multiply -3x+5y=9 by 3

3(-3x+5y=9)

So then it turns to (-9x+15y=27)

Now your x terms will eliminate
