In order to find the slope between two points (x1, y1) and (x2, y2), we can use the formula:

m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

So, for the points (-2, -6) and (9, -2), we have:

\begin{gathered} m=(-2-(-6))/(9-(-2)) \\ m=(-2+6)/(9+2) \\ m=(4)/(11) \end{gathered}

So the slope is 4/11.
