Given the expression :

25+4a=(-6)/(9)

Solve the equation to find a :

Subtract 25 from both sides

\begin{gathered} 25+4a-25=-(6)/(9)-25 \\ \\ 4a=-25(6)/(9)=-(77)/(3) \\ \\ a=-(77)/(4\cdot3)=-(77)/(12) \end{gathered}

So, the answer is : -77/12
