This question has 2 parts:A. Is the relationship between the diameter and the circumference of circles proportional?B. If the relationship between the diameter and the circumference is proportional, give the C.O.P. If it's not, explain why.

A. Yes , there is a proportional relationship between the diameter and the circumference of any circle.

B. The constant of proportionality is pi.

we can represent this relationship with the equation C = pi *Diameter

(extra note : If the circle has radius r , then the circumference is 2 pi r)
