We already know that the solution is (9, -3/5), let's show that

(1)/(10)x+(1)/(3)y=(7)/(10)

Let's plug our solution into the equation

\begin{gathered} (1)/(10)\cdot9+(1)/(3)\cdot(-(3)/(5))=(7)/(10) \\ \\ (9)/(10)-(3)/(15)=(7)/(10) \\ \\ (9\cdot15-3\cdot10)/(10\cdot15)=(7)/(10) \\ \\ (135-30)/(150)=(7)/(10) \\ \\ (105)/(150)=(7)/(10) \\ \\ (21)/(30)=(7)/(10) \\ \\ \boxed{(7)/(10) =(7)/(10) } \end{gathered}

The second equation is true!
