The blue line represents the rise and the yellow line represents the run.

Recall the formula for the slope

\text{slope =}\frac{rise}{\text{run}}

Substitute rise =-2 and run =7, we get

\text{slope}=(-2)/(7)

Hence the slope of the line is -2/7.
