using the statistics, we have that w = 191, and the height converted in feet is h = 69.4, then, the constant of proportionality is:


\begin{gathered} 191=69.4k \\ \Rightarrow k=(191)/(69.4)=2.75 \\ k=2.75 \end{gathered}
