We have to evaluate the function when f(1), then:

f(x)=(-5x+2)/(3)
f(1)=(-5\cdot(1)+2)/(3)=(-5+2)/(3)=(-3)/(3)\Rightarrow f(1)=-1

Then, when f(1), the function at x = 1 have a value of -1 or f(1) = -1.
