we have

probability first one is an apple:

(6)/(6+4)=(6)/(10)

probability the second one is banana:

(4)/(6+4)=(4)/(10)

therefore, the probability that the first one is an apple and the second one is banana:

(6)/(10)*(4)/(10)=(24)/(100)=(6)/(25)

answer: 6/25
