internal angles of the polygon

angle a = 180 - 45 = 135°

angle b = 180 - 90 = 90°

angle c = 180 - 60 = 120°

angle d = 540 - 135 - 90 - 120 - 77 = 118°

angle e = 180 - 103 = 77 °

angle x = 180 - 118 = 62°

the polygon is not a regular polygon because the measure of its angles are different
