the point T on the line is T(-7,6)

point R = R(-3,0)

point S = S(1,-6)

the slope of TR is

\begin{gathered} m=(6-0)/(-7-(-3)) \\ m=-(6)/(4) \\ m=-(3)/(2) \end{gathered}

slope of RS,

m = (0 - (-6))/(-3-1)

= - 6/4

= -3/2

slope of TS

m = (-6-6)/ 1-(-7)

= -12/ 8

= -3/2

the slope of the line or the constant rate of change is m = -3/2
